At Environmental Testing & Consulting, Inc. (ETC) we focus on delivering superior quality work in a timely manner that meets each client’s individual needs.
Oversees all activities, including, but not limited to development of long-range goals and strategies, financial management, creation of new policies and procedures and evaluation of personnel. Ms. Westcott also serves as Office Manager and Quality Control Officer, overseeing the quality of work provided to our customers.
Tracy is an EPA Trained Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector and Management Planner and has been certified through the NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course, “Sampling & Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust” and McCrone Research Institute’s “Bulk Microscopical Identification of Asbestos”. Further, she has full training in Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor and Mold Remediation Sampling Techniques.
Mr. Westcott is responsible for all field, sales and technical activities. His responsibilities include market identification / management of sales, evaluation of personnel, review of field activities, developing new service areas and project design / specification development.
Mr. Westcott holds a variety of certifications in the environmental field, including: certification as a. EPA approved trainer for all Asbestos and Lead and Mold courses, personally accredited as a EPA Certified Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector, Management Planner, Project Designer, EPA Certified Lead Building Inspector, Risk Assessor and Contractor/ Supervisor, Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Responder (HAZWOPER), Windsor Stack Sampling Course, NITON Manufacturing Training (XRF) and Radiation Safety Training and Certified NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course, “Sampling & Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust” and carries many other certifications.
He is licensed as a Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional (CIAQP) through the (Association of Energy Engineers) and a Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager (American Indoor Air Quality Council). Mr. Westcott is also a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (Institute of Hazardous Material Management).
Leo Wall III
Provides overall management of field personnel to include managing and scheduling of all fieldwork; conduct field walkthroughs, policy development, and hiring. Leo started as a hygienist at Environmental Testing and Consulting, Inc., and has experience as an Undercover Investigator for Siebert Investigations and a Construction Superintendent at Foremost Development Corporation.
He attended Henry Ford Community College, working toward a degree in Architectural Technologies. He holds certifications including EPA Certified Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Building Inspector and Project Designer, EPA Model Course Training for Lead Building Inspector and Contractor/Supervisor, NITON Manufacturing Training (XRF) and Radiation Safety Training and Certified NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course, “Sampling & Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust”.
Oversees Quality Assurance (QA) for all aspects of ETC and ETL (Lab) including overseeing staff to assure efficiency and accuracy, training new employees, recruitment of personnel and reviewing employee performance; Advise/produce technical reports to include data entry and writing of final report; Schedules and coordinate projects and special events; Assist lab when needed including analysis of samples and final report; Oversees sales and marketing: assists with training of certified courses in asbestos and lead as needed.
Coordinates activities between ETL and ETC. She holds many certifications including EPA Certified Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, Inspector, Management Planner and Project Designer, EPA Model Training Course for Lead Contractor Supervisor and Inspector, Certified NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course, “Sampling & Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust” and Certified by McCrone Research Institute in “Bulk Microscopy Identification of Asbestos” and “Indoor Air Quality: Microscopy of Dust, Spores and Pollen”.
She is also taken the Michigan Department of Public Health’s Train the Trainer Program and is a EPA trainer for Asbestos Inspector, Management Planner, Worker and Contractor/Supervisor courses and Lead Inspector, Risk Assessor, and Contractor/Supervisor courses.
